Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Please include:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the material that was removed, including its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located (or for the Northern District of California if you are outside the U.S.).
- Your electronic or physical signature.
